About DipDryCare
A laundry and dry cleaning service built for households and professionals who need their clothes handled correctly — collected on time, cleaned to a consistent standard, and returned when promised.
Why DipDryCare exists
Urban India has two laundry options: neighbourhood dhobis with no quality accountability, and premium dry cleaners priced for occasional use only. Neither serves the everyday household reliably.
The failure patterns are familiar — garments returned still stained, silk treated the same as cotton, pickup windows that drift without notice, and no clear process when something goes wrong. The problem is not a shortage of laundry providers. It is a shortage of ones that operate with any consistency.
DipDryCare was built to close that gap: verified cleaning partners, transparent per-item pricing, and a quality process that customers can actually hold us to.
The people running this
Two founders, complementary domains — finance and operations. Between them, every part of the business is covered by someone who actually understands it.

Tushar's background is in financial operations and commercial business development. Before DipDryCare, he honed his expertise at SMRK Global, where he built pricing structures and financial systems designed to scale without eroding margins or cutting corners on delivery quality.
At DipDryCare, Tushar owns the numbers: unit economics, per-item pricing, billing transparency, and the financial model that keeps the service sustainable without hidden charges. The clear, itemised pricing you see on every order is a direct product of his work — built to remove ambiguity at the point of payment, not bury it in the small print.

Satvik brings deep, first-hand knowledge of how the laundry and dry cleaning industry actually functions — beyond what customers see. He has studied operations at the facility level: equipment requirements, fabric-specific handling protocols, and the points in the cleaning process where quality most commonly fails.
At DipDryCare, he leads partner selection, operational standards, and the pre-delivery quality review applied to every order before it reaches the customer. His work is the reason that a garment arriving with a stain gets re-cleaned rather than re-delivered.
How the service actually works
DipDryCare operates on a managed-partner model. Every cleaning facility is qualified through a process covering equipment standards, fabric handling methods, and capacity. We do not send your garments to whoever is available.
Book a defined two-hour window — not 'sometime today'. You choose the slot; we honour it.
A trained associate photographs and tags each garment by fabric type and care requirement. Silk is not treated like cotton.
Each order passes through a qualified partner facility and is reviewed before dispatch. If something misses standard, it goes back — not to you.
Doorstep return within the committed window. Pay on delivery. Unsatisfied? We re-clean at zero cost.
Every price is listed openly on our pricing page — no per-order surprises, no minimum-order tricks. You see the method and cost before work begins.
What we focus on
Fabric-first care
A linen shirt, a silk saree, and a structured blazer each require a different process. We don't batch them together. Our service list covers wash & fold, dry cleaning, steam ironing, and specialty garment care — each routed to the right facility.
View all services →Defined time windows
We offer two-hour pickup slots. If the window is 10 AM–12 PM, we arrive in that window. Vague commitments are not a service — they transfer the inconvenience to you. We don't operate that way.
Consistent across every order
Your first order and your tenth should produce the same result. That consistency comes from qualified partners, a documented quality process, and a pre-delivery review — not from individual goodwill on a given day.
Why we publish Care Guides
Laundry decisions — when to dry clean, how to handle a turmeric stain before it sets, what to look for when trusting someone with a wedding outfit — are consequential for expensive or irreplaceable garments. Bad decisions cost money that doesn't come back.
Every guide on this site is written from operational experience: fabrics that arrive damaged from incorrect home treatment, stains that are still recoverable versus those that are permanent, garment types most people handle incorrectly. Not general search-result advice — what we actually see across thousands of orders.
Browse Care GuidesWhere we operate
Full doorstep pickup and delivery is live in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, and Bangalore — covering major residential and commercial neighbourhoods in each city. Partners are active, quality-checked, and running on our standard order process.
We are onboarding partners in additional cities. If your pincode is not yet live, enter it at the order page — we launch based on real demand, and waitlist orders are honoured first.
A note on reliability
We built DipDryCare because we wanted a laundry service we would actually trust with a good suit or a silk saree. That is the standard we apply to every order — not just the expensive ones.
If something goes wrong, we fix it. No complex claims process, no fine print about what qualifies for a re-clean. That is the only version of this business worth running.
