How do I know if you pick up from my address?
Enter your pincode on the order page. If we are live in your area you will see available pickup slots; otherwise a short waitlist form appears and we launch new areas based on that real demand signal.
Do I pay for pickup and delivery separately?
No. Both are included free on orders above the minimum order value. There are no fuel surcharges or distance fees.
Can I schedule a recurring pickup?
Yes. After your first order you can pick a weekly or fortnightly slot from the account page. The partner arrives in the same window every cycle without a fresh booking.
