Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by DipDryCare ("Platform"). By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms. DipDryCare operates as a technology platform/aggregator connecting customers with independent third-party vendors for laundry and dry-cleaning services.
Service Scope
DipDryCare facilitates pickup, processing, and delivery through third-party vendors. All services are executed by independent vendors and not by DipDryCare directly. DipDryCare does not guarantee specific outcomes beyond reasonable coordination.
Delivery Timeline
Laundry and Dry Cleaning garments will be delivered within 48 to 72 hours. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to operational or unforeseen circumstances. Express delivery is available at an additional charge, as specified on the website.
Minimum Order Value
Free pickup & delivery is applicable only on orders above ₹349. Orders below this value may attract additional service charges.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must check garments at the time of delivery. Any complaints must be reported within 7 days, failing which the claim shall be considered void. Customers must disclose accurate garment details, including special care instructions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: All garments are accepted at customer's risk. DipDryCare shall not be liable for: color fading or running, shrinkage, damage to embellishments or embroidery, pre-existing damage or inherent fabric defects, stubborn or non-removable stains, loss or damage due to fire, burglary, natural calamities, or force majeure events, delays caused by circumstances beyond control.
Vendor Responsibility
All services are provided by independent vendors. Entire responsibility, including service quality, damages, and losses, lies solely with the vendor. DipDryCare acts only as an intermediary platform and assumes no direct liability.
Refund Policy
All refunds, if applicable, shall be processed only by the respective vendor. DipDryCare shall not be liable for any refunds under any circumstances. Refund eligibility and processing are subject to vendor policies.
Guaranteed Cloth Protection Program
Protection against damage or loss during processing. Compensation up to 5× the order value (based on processing charges after discount). Free reprocessing in case of quality issues. Conditions: applicable only for payments made via DipDryCare website; the disputed item must be surrendered to the vendor/company; complaints must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Unclaimed Garments
Garments not collected within 15 days from scheduled delivery shall not be the responsibility of DipDryCare or its vendors. The company reserves the right to dispose of such items without further notice.
Pricing Policy
Pricing is determined based on garment type, fabric, and complexity. All listed prices are indicative. Prices are uniform across all stores and cities, unless otherwise specified.
Cleaning Methods
Cleaning methods may include, but are not limited to: emulsifier washing, detergents and softeners, delicate/soft wash processes, perchloroethylene and hydrocarbon technologies. The method used shall be at the discretion of trained professionals.
Data Privacy
DipDryCare collects customer data through: store registration, mobile application, website and call centre. By using the service, you consent to the use of your data for: order updates, service improvements, promotional communication. Communication channels include: calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email, and direct marketing.
Promotional Usage
DipDryCare reserves the right to use images of garments for marketing and promotional purposes without additional consent or compensation.
Force Majeure
DipDryCare shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or governmental restrictions.
Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
Final Disclaimer
All responsibilities lie with the respective vendors. DipDryCare shall not be liable for any claims, including but not limited to refunds, damages, delays, or losses of any kind.
