Introduction
This Partner Agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between DipDryCare ("Platform") and the service provider ("Partner"). By registering or accepting orders on the Platform, the Partner agrees to these terms.
Independent Contractor
- The Partner is an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or representative of DipDryCare.
- The Platform only provides technology to connect customers and partners.
Scope of Services
The Partner agrees to:
- Provide laundry and dry-cleaning services
- Handle pickup, processing, and delivery
- Maintain service quality and professionalism
All services are executed solely by the Partner.
Responsibility & Liability
- Garment damage, loss, or mishandling
- Service quality issues
- Customer complaints arising from service
- Damage or loss of garments
- Service defects or delays
- Any claims arising from Partner's services
Refunds & Compensation
The Partner is solely responsible for:
- Issuing refunds
- Paying compensation for damaged/lost items
- Resolving disputes with customers
The Platform may assist in coordination but is not liable.
Service Standards
The Partner agrees to:
- Follow proper cleaning methods
- Handle garments with care
- Avoid harmful or inappropriate processing
- Meet reasonable quality expectations
Timelines
The Partner must adhere to Platform-defined timelines (e.g., 48–72 hours), unless exceptions are approved.
Prohibited Conduct
The Partner shall not:
- Bypass the Platform for direct transactions
- Misuse customer data
- Provide false pricing or services
- Engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior
Data Privacy
The Partner shall:
- Use customer data only for service execution
- Not store, share, or misuse customer information
- Comply with applicable data protection laws
Payments & Commission
- Payments and commissions shall be as defined by the Platform
- The Platform may deduct applicable charges, penalties, or adjustments
Suspension & Termination
DipDryCare may suspend or terminate Partner access for:
- Poor service quality
- Repeated complaints
- Policy violations
IndemnificationImportant
The Partner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless DipDryCare from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or legal actions arising out of the Partner's services, including but not limited to damage, delay, loss, or customer disputes.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, etc.).
Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
Final Disclaimer
- The Platform acts only as an intermediary.
- All operational responsibility lies with the Partner.
