What is the cut-off time for same-day delivery?
Pickup must be booked before 10am and completed by 11am. Delivery slots are the same evening between 6pm and 9pm.
Is same-day available in all Delhi areas?
Same-day delivery is currently available across Delhi NCR except a few outer pincodes. The order page confirms availability before payment.
Can I get dry cleaning the same day?
Most dry-cleaning items are available on 24-hour express. Heavy wedding wear and leather always take longer due to the process itself.
What if I miss the cut-off?
You can still book 24-hour express which is faster than our standard 48-hour line and costs less than same-day.
Is express quality different from standard?
No. The express line uses the same sort, wash, and fold process — we just reserve capacity for priority orders. Your clothes get the same care, not a fast-food version.
Can I get express dry cleaning for a wedding tomorrow?
Most dry-clean items are available on 24-hour express. Wedding sarees with heavy zari or beadwork need at least 48 hours — we will not rush those at the cost of the garment.
